The Loch Ness is the largest lake in England, measuring 23 miles long, 1 mile wide, and over 900 feet deep.  The first reported sighting was by a traveling monk in AD 565, and since then over 11,000 people have reported to have witnessed this amazing creature; making the Loch Ness Monster the most popular monster in history.

Also, of extreme interest, is the fact that it has often been reported to have been witnessed on land.  This is very unusual for a sea monster, and has yet to have been explained.
